Tiara Wheatley, M.Ed.
Founder
Tiara Wheatley, an educator, mentor, equity advocate, and lifelong Chicagoan, is the founder of the Young Women’s Leadership Society (YWLS) and the annual Little Black Dress Night (LBDN). YWLS is a STEM-focused mentorship and leadership development program dedicated to empowering high school girls of color in Chicago with interests in STEM, entrepreneurship, and public service.
Imani Strong
Program Director
Imani Strong is a mentor, influential leader, practiced business liaison and lifelong Chicagoan born and raised in the Roseland neighborhood. Imani currently serves as a Field Sales Representative at McKesson and was even more honored to represent Roseland, Chicago and Illinois as Miss Black Illinois International Ambassador.
